1. High-Risk Warning

2. CFTC Rule 4.41 - Hypothetical Results

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. 4. Software "As-Is" Warranty

Nexus Indicator software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate. Trading technology involves inherent risks including internet outages, platform crashes, and data feed errors. The developer is not responsible for any financial losses incurred due to technical failure or user error.

5. Refund & Activation Policy

Due to the nature of digital software and the issuance of unique NinjaTrader Vendor licenses, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license has been activated for a specific Machine ID. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexus Indicator or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. By installing our indicators, you assume full responsibility for all trading outcomes in your personal or prop firm accounts.
