Does Nexus Window Stacker replace or modify my NinjaTrader chart windows?

No. Your charts, SuperDOMs, and indicators continue running normally. Window Stacker simply embeds two of your open NinjaTrader windows side by side in one resizable workspace frame. You can resize the split, swap sides, or release either window whenever you want.

What types of NinjaTrader 8 windows can I stack together?

You can stack any two top-level NinjaTrader 8 windows. Popular pairings include two Charts (e.g. 5-min execution + 1-hour trend context), a Chart alongside a SuperDOM, Order Flow alongside a footprint chart, or Market Analyzer alongside a chart. The NinjaTrader Control Center stays separate.

Can I create more than one window stack at the same time?

Yes. You can open as many Nexus Window Stacker instances as you need. For example, run one dual-chart stack on your primary monitor and a separate stack for correlated futures contracts or depth of market on a secondary screen.

Does Window Stacker introduce chart lag or latency?

No. Window Stacker utilizes native Windows OS window embedding. There is zero screen recording overhead, zero emulation, and zero chart latency. Your orders, candle paints, and data streams remain 100% native.

How does the layout lock work?

Clicking the Lock Layout button locks the child window borders in place to prevent accidental title-bar dragging or unwanted edge resizing during fast-moving trading sessions.

How do I install Window Stacker after purchase?

Download the ZIP from the Downloads page with the email used at checkout. In NinjaTrader 8, go to Control Center > Tools > Import > NinjaScript Add-On. Once imported, open it anytime via Control Center > New > Nexus Window Stacker.

Can I transfer my license if I change computers?

Yes. Each license is tied to your NinjaTrader Machine ID (found under Help > About). If you switch computers or upgrade your machine, simply reach out via our contact form and our team will re-activate your license for free.
