Which platforms do Nexus products work with?
Nexus products are built for NinjaTrader 8 on Windows. Orders submit through the account selected in the platform. Broker, prop firm, and data access depend on your NinjaTrader connection, so confirm compatibility with your provider before purchasing.
Can I use Nexus Chart Trader with prop firm accounts?
Yes, when the prop firm account connects through NinjaTrader 8, including many Rithmic and Tradovate-based firms such as Apex Trader Funding, Topstep, and MyFundedFutures.
You can manage multiple prop accounts from one chart, switch the active account with one click, and use Smart Account Rotation to cycle between accounts as you trade.
Does NinjaTrader 8 have split-screen or tiled charts?
No. A NinjaTrader 8 workspace saves where floating windows sit. Chart tabs keep extra instruments in one window, but only the active tab is visible. NinjaTrader does not combine those windows into one parent frame.

Licensing & Activation
How do I download the product and activate my license?
After checkout:
- Download from the Downloads page using your purchase email.
- Import the
.zipin NinjaTrader 8 via Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On. - Your Machine ID is captured at checkout. View it in NT8 under Help → About.
- Watch for the activation email (check spam/junk). Most activations complete within a few hours.
Can I move my license to a new computer?
Yes. Email [email protected] with your purchase email and the new Machine ID. Normal hardware upgrades are rebinding at no extra charge.
Can I run it on multiple charts and accounts?
Yes. Nexus Chart Trader supports multi-chart, multi-account workflows. Attach it to several charts and manage multiple connected NinjaTrader accounts from one workspace.
Is the installer safe?
Yes. It is a standard NinjaTrader 8 add-on imported inside the platform. No external executables or background services are installed.
Updates, Support & Policies
Do updates and bug fixes cost extra?
No. Updates and bug fixes are included with your lifetime license.

What is your refund policy?
