Which platforms does it work with?
Nexus Chart Trader is built specifically for NinjaTrader 8 (NT8). It runs as a native NinjaScript indicator and supports any broker or data feed that NinjaTrader 8 supports.
Can I use it with prop firm accounts?
Yes. Nexus Chart Trader works with prop firm accounts that connect through NinjaTrader 8 — including Apex Trader Funding, Topstep, MyFundedFutures and other Rithmic / Tradovate-based firms.
You can manage multiple prop accounts from a single chart, switch the active trading account with one click, and use Smart Account Rotation to automatically cycle between accounts as you trade.
Licensing & Activation
How do I download the product and activate my license?
Once your payment is complete, follow these steps to get set up:
Download the indicator: Go to the Downloads page and log in using the email address you used for purchase.
Install the add-on: Open NinjaTrader 8 and import the downloaded .zip package via Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On.
Submit your Machine ID: Locate your Machine ID in NinjaTrader 8 by going to the top menu and selecting Help → About. If you did not enter it at checkout, email it to [email protected].
Check your email: We will email you once your license is activated. Make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder, as activation emails may sometimes be filtered there.
Need help finding your Machine ID? In NinjaTrader 8, simply go to Help → About from the top menu. Most activations are completed within a few hours.
Can I move my license to a new computer?
Yes. Email [email protected] with your purchase email and the new Machine ID and we will rebind your license. There is no extra charge for normal hardware upgrades or PC replacements.
Can I run it on multiple charts and accounts?
Yes. Nexus Chart Trader is designed for multi-chart, multi-account workflows. Attach it to several charts at once and manage many connected NinjaTrader accounts from a single workspace.
Is the installer safe?
Yes — it is a standard NinjaTrader 8 add-on package imported directly from inside NinjaTrader using Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On. No external executable files, background services, or third-party programs are installed on your computer.
Updates, Support & Policies
Do updates and bug fixes cost extra?
No. Updates and bug fixes are included with your license. We maintain compatibility as NinjaTrader updates the platform, and active license holders receive new versions at no additional cost.
Do you offer support?
Yes. License holders get email support at [email protected] for installation, activation, configuration questions and bug reports. Detailed product documentation is also provided through the User Guide that ships with your license.
What is your refund policy?
Because the product is delivered as a digital, license-bound add-on, we do not offer refunds once a license has been activated. We encourage reviewing the public demos, videos and documentation before purchase, and reaching out to support with any pre-sale questions.

Detailed setup, installation instructions, and step-by-step feature documentation are provided to active license holders through the Install Guide and User Guide, which both become accessible after purchase.
